LIT LIT
E-Lectures during the lockdown
The COVID-19 pandemic made a significant impact on all sections and sectors of the society and disrupted the education sector which is a critical determinant of our country’s economic future. It has transformed the centuries-old, chalk–talk teaching model to one driven by technology. With the vision to provide uninterrupted online learning to all the students during the pandemic, LIT has created more than 1600 e-lectures and uploaded in different channels of YouTube. Educators guided them to follow the e-lectures during the month of April, May and June 2020.

As soon as the new semester started in June 2020, LIT has adopted online classes. The platforms and tools like Google-classroom, WhatsApp and Google Meet were used extensively by the educators and took the maximum advantage of the e-earning. Practical classes were also conducted by live demonstration of experiments.
