About TEDx:

Speakers
Dr. Varun Kapoor
He is currently working as the ADGP at Rustamji Armed Police Training College in Indore. With international experience as the Deputy Training Coordinator for Gorazde Canton in the United Nations Mission in Bosnia & Herzegovina (UNMIBH), he has a strong background in training and development. He holds certifications as a Trainer from the United States Department of Justice (UNDOJ) and as a Master Trainer from the United Kingdom Department for Funding International Development (DFID). In addition to his professional achievements, he has made significant contributions to society. He founded the first Mahila Paramarsh Kendra (Woman Counselling Centre) in Indore in 1994, providing support and guidance to women. In 1995, he established the Nagar Suraksha Samiti in Madhya Pradesh, aiming to foster cooperation among citizens in urban areas for participative policing activities. He is also a columnist for leading Hindi dailies such as Naidunia (in Madhya Pradesh) with his column "CYBER SENSE" and Patrika (in Rajasthan) with his column "CYBER SENSITIVITY." Moreover, he has received several prestigious accolades, including the FICCI SMART Policing Award in 2022 for his cyber security education project called "Project Cy-Cops." He holds records in the World Book of Records London for conducting the maximum number of cyber security awareness workshops worldwide in 2018 and for reopening and solving the maximum number of cold murder cases by any one police officer globally in 2020. Furthermore, he has delivered captivating TEDx speeches on multiple occasions, sharing his expertise and insights with the audience.
Dr. Ashish Manohar
He is currently serving as the CEO of IJORD, a philanthropic research group based in Nagpur. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, which he pursued after completing his B.E. and MBA degrees. With authorship of 42 books, including 32 patents (12 of which are international), he has made extensive contributions to the field. Additionally, he is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and has worked across various domains, including academics, consultancy, manufacturing, and ICT, in multiple countries. One of his notable UNESCO-level publications, titled "Mobility of Engineers in the Interstellar Era," received high acclaim in 2006. Driven by the idea of achieving sustainable development goals and exploring celestial bodies, such as the Moon, Mars, and infinite universes and dimensions, he advocates for a better aim for humanity rather than engaging in conflicts on Earth. His e-freebook, "Solution Master Crux," has been read by 400 million individuals in 203 nations. The book raises the question, "If anti-polio vaccination can reach a billion children at their doorstep, then why can't we achieve the SDGs and venture to the Moon, Mars, and beyond?" The resounding answer is that it is indeed possible.
Ms. Debolina Mishra
Debolina Mishra, a seasoned corporate professional with 25 years at ICICI Bank, blends corporate prowess and humanistic values. She holds a distinguished academic background with BCOM (Honours), ICWAI, and CAIIB qualifications. Her accomplishments include impactful student sessions, enlightening webinars, and an upcoming book, "Happy and Alive?" Guiding individuals in work, career, and life, Debolina's nurturing influence shines. As a lead trainer, she's conducted over 500 programs, while her expertise in workplace happiness enhances lives. Debolina Mishra inspires paths to achievement, contentment, and genuine happiness.
Mr. Rishabh Singh
He is a two-time TEDx presenter, having delivered captivating talks on multiple occasions. With a portfolio of over 250 talks, he has established himself as a renowned brand strategist, collaborating with CEOs, investors, and founders across the globe—from the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Dubai, Denmark, to India—to develop strategic brands. His expertise extends to mentoring startups at prestigious institutions such as IIT Bombay, where he imparts valuable guidance, and being invited to deliver workshops and talks at top-ranked IIMs and IITs. He has graced prominent platforms including IIM Lucknow, IIM Jammu, LinkedIn Local, NMIMS, Mithibai, and IIT Bombay, where he has delivered over 250 special talks. Moreover, he has showcased his acumen by judging business case studies at IIM Lucknow and providing growth strategies advice to startups at IIT Bombay. He is an inspiring entrepreneurial figure, a digital marketing & startup growth consultant, a renowned YouTube personality, an online branding expert, and a highly stimulating coach. He has a background as a former teacher, a video marketing trainer, an online earning & kick-startup trainer, an author, and a Josh talk speaker. Today, he is recognized as one of the leading digital entrepreneurs. Amresh Bharti holds the distinction of being one of the first educational educators to join the YouTube Mumbai Fan Fest on the red carpet in 2018. Recently, he achieved a remarkable World Record by organizing the "5000 Creators Carnival Event," which was attended by 5000 YouTubers with a collective subscriber base exceeding 600 million+. As the founder of Mahatmaji Technical, Amresh Bharti has successfully managed a YouTube channel with an impressive subscriber base of 7 million.
